Cannot figure out how to connect this controller to my PC as the Bluetooth connection insists I have a pairing code, and none of the typical stand-in codes work, does anyone happen to know the pairing code for this particular device or if the pairing settings in control panel can be changed so the code can be skipped?

You don't need a pairing code or to pair at all. Just follow the guide - https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/conf...al_Wiimote

Instructions given results in it stating the wiimote must be connected manually, and the alternate method that I know of here: < link to that site stealing our visitors removed > does not work as it is insisted I give a pairing code, there is no skip option.

So... connect it manually? The guide I linked to even tells you how. What are you expecting?
And don't go to that other place. Get your builds and guides here. This site is far far FAR more current than that old thing.

CTRL+F'd "manual" on the page you linked and got no results, what does it mean by "-manually connect your wiimotes" if not via control panel? is there a nunchuck port to USB adapter? (Also worth mentioning again Control Panel detects the wiimote, but insists I give it a pairing code, no skip options.)
EDIT: even more worth mentioning following that guide is what results in the wiimote pairing screen(with refresh and continuous scanning) telling me to connect manually
EDIT: this is not a motionplus wiimote, double checked the number as well as the lack of a motionplus logo on the front of the device, meaning the instructions SHOULD be working despite not doing so

You are seriously over thinking this. By "manually" I simply meant "without a prior installation step like pairing". All you do is follow the procedure outlined in the guide.

Seriously, that's it. No fiddling with control panel, no installation, nothing. You simply need to have working bluetooth; then open the wiimote config in Dolphin, and press Refresh then 1+2 on the wiimote. That's all..
In hindsight, I suppose the guide should mention that you need bluetooth working for a wiimote to connect. I'll make sure to add that sometime.

My issue is that the guide is Not working, the add a Bluetooth device section of control panel can detect the wiimote and other BT devices, yet dolphin tells me no such device is in range.
