Product Overview
RM43 is an herbicide that provides total vegetation control on bare ground or it can be used for spot control on vines, brush, and more than 150 types of weeds that include poison ivy, poison oak, and kudzu. RM43 kills existing weeds and will prevent future growth of invasive plants in undesirable locations. Made from a combination of two different herbicides and a surfactant, RM43 is highly effective in protecting against invasive plants for up to 1 year in most locations. It is rainfast in as little as 2 hours and once dry, a treated location is safe for re-entry of people and animals. For Total Vegetation Control (Bareground): Use hand-operated spray equipment such as backpack sprayers and pump sprayers. Mix 7.4 fl. oz. of RM43 with water to produce 1 to 10 gallons of spray solution. Apply to actively growing weeds in early summer. Spray the mix over areas where total vegetaton control and bareground are desired. Maximum application rate of this product is 2.5 gallons per acre per year. For Spot Control of Brush, Vines, and Weeds: Use hand-operated spray quipment such as backpack sprayers and pump sprayers. Mix 6 oz. of product per 1 gallon of spray solution. Thoroughly and uniformly spray foliage of woody plants to wet.

Excellent product and seller

I wanted to set the record straight in regards to the negative review.First, I've been purchasing from DoMyOwn for 5 years and have had only great experiences. They are a excellent company A+++. I'd much rather give my money to a small local place than Amazon ect.That said, this product works, putting the correct mixture on weeds is going to kill them.. period.

I agree with everything Cori said. I have shopped for 10 years (more?) with this company, starting with termite control. It is a wonderful company selling professional grade pest control products to homeowners. Shipping is free and usually arrives in a day or two. Wonderful people, helpful how to information and videos, and wonderful products. Their business has grown hugely because they are great at what they do.

Northwest cactus killer...blackberries!

RM43 is the best. Around fence lines, ditches, barns and outbuildings. Not sure what the heck Erica was doing. Don't use in the rain and insure you have 24 hour dry period after spraying.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Doesn't work! I used as directed and no results! It's non refundable. And any opened products are non refundable so I won't buy from this place either...

Per RM43 43% Glyphosate Plus Weed Preventer's label: Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not apply near bodies of water including, fish pools, ponds, lakes or streams. If you need something that can be applied near or to aquatic sites, you can Rodeo Herbicide.

Will RM43 43% Glyphosate Plus Weed Preventer harm trees if sprayed under them to help control poison ivy?
I'm trying to kill poison ivy and saw briars in a small wooded area but I don't want to harm the trees.

Per the label, Do not applyRM43 43% Glyphosate Plus Weed Preventer over the root systems of desirable plants. For trees and shrubs do not apply closer than twice the distance from the trunk to the drip line as roots may be within this area.
