.@Ask_Spectrum why does your internet suck? I mean it’s constantly not working (I just don’t have time to call every time it’s down). I pay a lot of $$ for high speed, but get low speed and at times no internet. Help please.

@GetSpectrum I have a home internet with you guys and I had a business account. I moved to a new business address and was told by a customer service agent that I can get a mobile phone, keep my phone number and pay just $19/month. So I did that.

@Ask_Spectrum I don’t know if there’s an outage but anytime I’m on US 192 in Kissimmee, FL, both my iPad and iPhone lose my Spectrum Mobile data connection, as well as my girlfriend’s iPhone. I can’t imagine it’s only me.

I cannot stand spectrum legit internet been in and out all day and the second time it happened I talk to someone they told me it was an outage the third time I call and now it’s completely down and they can’t get anyone here till Sunday @Ask_Spectrum #Disgraceful

@Ask_Spectrum The ******* problem is you have customer support who do not explain things clearly and your customers end up paying more money than necessary. Your customers have to call your customer service to fix an issue that was done by your own agents!
