  I have ATT fiber in my house and its the slowest most garbage internet service I've had. Goes as slow as AOL. I miss @GetSpectrum

  There has been 4-5 days during the month that @GetSpectrum has had an “outage” in my area. No TV, no internet. I pay $120 a month for good, “reliable” internet. It’s bull sh*t. I need the money back that I spent for no service so I can do something else since I have no internet.

  @Kate_Chastain @GetSpectrum is a bully I dropped my equipment off and CANCELED MY service for bit while I move yet got a bill from a collection company and spectrum customer service said bc I didnt call them and cancel yet I verified when I dropped off equipment that I canceled what a joke

  @Ask_Spectrum Called. Yet another issue and yet another long wait time before a technician comes out. That's 2 in about a week. So that's 2 days of work I miss. Plus not to mention hours of not being able to use the internet but I mean with your company that's the status quo #Monopoly

  @pksapienza @ATT @GetSpectrum I cut the cord years ago and use them only for internet now. Hulu for sports and tv, netflix and I'm getting Disney + or whatever when it comes out. We are super happy and never miss anything. (And an antenna for local stations.)

  @JustLangy @GetSpectrum Rough on the upload though. Is that enough to stream. I pay $90 for gig up and down. Usually in the 800's though.
